ADSL/Dial-up Internet Subscribers
For Residential Users:
To start using WIFI, you should activate
your account through one of the
following options:
Option1:
visiting any of Omantel Counters in
Muscat and ask the Customer Service
Representative to activate WIFI for you.
Fill the form “Internet Additional
Services Application Form”.
Option 2:
Sending an e-mail to IBHAR@omantel.net.om
requesting for the service.
If you are a Residential customer you
should attach a copy of your ID and your
Contract number.
Option 3:
Through Accessing My Account in
Omantel Web Site. Go to
www.omantel.net.om, click on my account,
enter your username and pin code and
then lick on “Activating WiFi” and enjoy
the service.
For Business Users:
To start using WIFI, you should activate
your account through the following
options:

Muscat and ask the Customer Service
Representative to activate WIFI for you.
